PHYSICAL EDUCATION

At Good Shepherd Primary School Physical Education lessons are conducted from Kindergarten through to Year 6. They are developed with the aim of increasing the student’s physical activity levels through maximum participation. The lessons improve the student’s skills in a fun, safe and structured environment.

Morning fitness is conducted in every classroom each morning. Three mornings a week every student from Year 1 to 6 starts the day by joining together for fitness. Some of the activities include dance, Zumba, aerobics, fitness stations, games and cross country training.
