We've had a fantastic week so far celebrating Kaardtijin Week. Kiara and Monique have been teaching us new words in the Noongar language everyday and we have had a lot of fun creating our Aboriginal Inspired mural. Today we held our Book Swap and learnt how to braid using colours that represent the Aboriginal culture.
We look forward to our Liturgy led by the Year 3 students tomorrow and our Assembly led by the Year 5 students on Friday. A big Thank You to Mrs Meyering, our Aboriginal Education Assistant, who has worked hard to prepare events for this week!
